Qualifications:

• Financial Awards are limited to individuals birth-18 years of age.
• Recipients must live in the state of Ohio.
• An individual/organization can only benefit 1 (one) time in a given 12 (twelve) months period.

Timing:

• Financial awards are grated two times per year: March and September.
• For consideration for March awards – applications must be received by February 1^st.
• For September awards – applications must be received by August 1^st
